2b. COPY OF MUTATION AGAINST THE LAND IF PURCHASED IN PAST.
2c. COPY OF LAND TAX (MALGUJARI) UPTO DATE PAID AT BLOCK. (THE DOCUMENT TO CROSS VERIFIED AT THE BLOCK (BDO OFFICE) WHERE THE TAX IS BEING PAID, THAT ONLY GIVES THE CONFIRMATION THAT THE LAND BEING PURCHASED IS GENUINE
2d. IF THE LAND IS ATTACHED TO RING ROAD MAKE SURE THAT THE COPY OF NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY LAND ACQUISITION DEPARTMENT (BHU ARJAN KARYALAY) IS AVAILABLE.
2d. LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST THE OTHER OWNER (IF THE LAND HAS NOT BEEN PARTITIONED HIS BROTHER OR RELATIVE) IS AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION.
